Reservation
1.Please submit your ticket inquiry at least 20 days ahead of your travel date.
2.Please make sure the passport number you submitted is in accordance with that on your passport. One valid passport corresponds with only one sleeper for the same train. Wrong passport number shall lead to re-printing of the ticket (USD 10 per ticket will be charged) before departure. Passengers will be required to show their tickets along with the corresponding passports on the train.
3.If the booking includes 2 or more passengers, they may share one set of ticket, on which the passport numbers are printed together. (Only one nationality will be shown if nationalities are varied).
4.Train tickets are point-to-point only, i.e. Tickets are NOT valid any more once the passenger gets off the train halfway.
5.Train No. K3(Trans-Mongolian Line)is operated by China Railways. The train has deluxe soft sleepers (2-berth compartment), soft sleepers (4-berth) and hard sleepers (4-berth). Train No. K19 (Trans-Manchurian Line) is operated by Mongolia Railways, and has deluxe soft sleepers and hard sleepers. Train No. K23 is run by China or Mongolia Railways alternatively.
6.Children under 12 years old are required to provide copies of their passports.
7.The railway bureau reserves the right to any changes in schedule.
Price
1.All prices quoted include ticket fares, service fees and taxes.
2.Quotations listed in USD are subject to policy adjustments, thus are only for your reference. We will keep you informed if there are any changes on the ticket price. The balance will be collected or refunded when you pick up the ticket from our office.
3.Children between 0 - 4 years old are free of charge if they do not occupy individual berths (one adult could only take one child with free ticket), otherwise single berth supplements are required. Children between 4 - 12 years shall buy child tickets. The price related will be advised by our travel consultants via email.
Payment
1.We accept wire transfer and online payment via PayPal. (MasterCard, Visa and other credit cards are widely accepted via PayPal). The additional PayPal / bank transaction fee shall be covered at the passenger's expense. When you choose PayPal or credit card, there will be extra charge for currency conversion if you use other currency except US dollars.
2.Full payment shall be completed within 5 days after we send you the invoice (or the PayPal money request). Your booking cannot be confirmed until payment is received.
Ticket Pick-up
1.Please collect your ticket(s) from our Beijing office (CITS Building, No.1 Dongdanbei Dajie, Beijing ). Our office hour is Monday to Friday, 9:00-12:00 & 13:00-17:00. The office will be closed on weekends and holidays. Please inform in advance when you would like to pick up the ticket.
2.Tickets are issued in the first week of your departure month. Please refer to the information (contact person, telephone number, business hours and office address) included in your voucher in order to collect your tickets.
3.The tickets are paper tickets and CANNOT be reported the loss. If your ticket has been lost, stolen, or damaged after pick-up, you can only buy a new ticket at our ticket counters to continue your travel.
Change & Cancellation
1. If you want to change or cancel your booking please send your request via e-mail, and all tickets need to be returned to us.
2. Please note that when you apply Mongolian or Russian visa at the embassy on your own, sometimes the embassy needs the ticket itself for visa application. Once your ticket issued before your departure month it CANNOT be changed or cancelled.

1. The tickets will be issued in the first week of your departure month, and can also be issued earlier according to your request. Please note that once the tickets issued before your departure month CANNOT be changed or cancelled. Otherwise the cancellation charges will be 100% of the total cost. 2. Cancellation fees will be calculated according to the date you return the ticket, if you have collected already.

Notes to the Passengers
1.All visitors need a Chinese Visa to enter China. Applicants should apply in Chinese embassies, consulates or Chinese visa application service centers in the country you live. Please note that we do NOT provide service for visa application.
2.Please double check the departure time on your ticket, as the timetable is subject to changes. Make sure you arrive at the Beijing Railway Station at least 60 minutes before departure. Check the billboard for the waiting room and the check-in counter. (Address: No. A13, Maojiawan Hutong, Dongcheng District, Beijing / Subway Line 2: Beijingzhan Stop)
3.Please keep the train ticket safe till you exit the destination station.
4.Passengers are allowed to take a certain amount of carry-on baggages for free. Baggages shall go through security checks before entering the train station and boarding on the train. Take your bags with you onto the train and put them in your compartment or carriage.
5.The upper weight limit of carry-on luggage is 35 kg (about 77 pounds) for adults / 15 kg (about 33 pounds) for children. Summation of Length, width and height for each luggage should be less than 200cm.
6.Luggage exceeding the limit above should be checked-in at the Parcel Center one day before departure with your tickets (working days only). Price: Beijing-Ulan Bator, 7.5RMB/kg, 150RMB/bike; Beijing-Moscow, 16.8RMB/kg, 200RMB/bike. This price is only for your reference.
